Sample Fly-In schedule and information below is to give new members an idea of what to expect at one of our semi-annual Fly-Ins. No guests at Fly-Ins, only members. Hotel reservations are made through the Gamma Mu office on the Fly-In registration form mailed to all members and also found on our web site. One hotel is chosen as the headquarters and all activities are from that hotel. Group rates are available. Each member gets to and from the headquarters hotel in a Fly-In city on their own but suggestions are made as to the recommended ways.

However bus transportation is furnished from the headquarters hotel to and from every major event during Fly-In with the exception of the Sunday night Stragglers party.

Suggested attire: at the most there are two coat and tie functions and the others are smart chic or slacks and open shirt and perhaps one function jeans would be the order of the day. Some cities have a Saturday afternoon outing to a ranch or farm where jeans are fine to wear. The Sunday night Stragglers party is usually very casual and jeans OK there too. Each Fly-In will have a printed itinerary with dress suggestions. Thu day free for local sightseeing All parties have plenty of food with the Businessmen’s Luncheon and the Sunday brunch being a seated meal. The Gamma Mu organization is celebrating its 57th year in 2024 as the nation's preeminent social and fraternal organization for professional gay men.
